The shipping company used depends greatly on the country we are shipping to. Generally we will use either MEXPOST, USPS, UPS or FED EX, the more economical and most secure option will be prioritized. Generally items take 15-30 days to arrive. If you prefer to pay extra for a more expedited service, please feel free to write us and we will gladly work with you to find another option suitable to your needs.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

At this time we do not accept exchanges, returns or give refunds, this applies to both our online and physical store in Oaxaca, Mexico.

We ship out of Mexico with extremely rigid customs regulations with importations, it is impossible to accept exchanges or returns.

SHIPPING

Our business ships out of Oaxaca, Mexico. You will receive a shipping tracking number once your order has been sent out. *If you need something shipped more quickly, please feel free to write us so we can work with you to find a solution and get a quote.

We usually ship using the Mexican Postal Service (MEX POST) which transfers over the the National Postal Service based in the country you live in. With an approximate arrival time of 5 days to Mexico, 15-30 days to the USA and Canada, 20-35 days to Europe, Japan and Australia.

At times your country’s customs agency will hold packages a bit longer than usual and we have no control over this, nor are we responsible for this, please be patient and contact us with any concerns. You the buyer are responsible for any taxes, duties and customs fees your country may attach to the purchase. If you have concerns or special shipping instructions please send us a message at the time of placing your order and we will be more than happy to help. We do not refund purchase for lost or stolen packages.
